• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts, capacity constraints, and business objectives.
• Lead a team of production planners, providing guidance, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on delivery commitments and resource availability.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery, schedule adherence, inventory turns) and drive corrective actions.
• Optimize material requirements planning (MRP), master production scheduling (MPS), and capacity planning processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely update of production schedules, including handling of changes, exceptions, and prioritization of urgent orders.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to generate reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management review.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve planning accuracy, and increase operational agility.
• Manage supplier and internal capacity constraints proactively to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the planning function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or certification in Supply Chain/Operations (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading production planning teams and delivering on‑time delivery targets.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred), MRP, MPS, and demand planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic production environments.
• Experience in a high‑volume, continuous manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
