The Role

As a Junior Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting the wider team across a range of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to office and project teams

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

* Assist with scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and organising travel

* Support the finance and HR teams with basic data entry and documentation

* Order office supplies and maintain inventory

* Contribute to process improvements and help streamline office operations

About You

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Good written and verbal communication

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

* Keen to learn and develop new skills

Desirable:

* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role

* Interest in sustainability, energy, or the environment
