This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, moving away from rigid corporate structures to a role where your expertise directly influences the company’s trajectory.
As the Finance Manager, you will act as the heartbeat of our transactional finance, ensuring robust controls while leading and developing a talented internal team.
You will be as comfortable with hands-on bookkeeping as they are with high-level financial reporting and process improvement.
Overseeing all day-to-day finance operations and ensure total compliance.
Acting as the in-house expert for bookkeeping and transactional finance, maintaining absolute accuracy.
Providing meaningful reports and updates to support business decision-making.
Identifying and driving continuous improvements to existing financial systems and workflows.
Leading, mentoring and developing a small, dedicated internal finance team.
Acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and stakeholders. What we would like you to have as the Finance Manager:
Professional Standing:
You are a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Leadership Track Record:
Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of transactional finance and a detail-focused, process-driven approach.
Management Style:
Experience managing a team with a focus on quality and professional growth.
Personal Attributes: A self-starter who takes total ownership and brings a positive, "can-do" work ethic to the team. What you can expect from the role:
