As a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, learning about hearing healthcare, and developing specialist skills that can set you on the path to becoming a qualified Audiologist.
About the RoleAs a Hearing Wellness Advisor you will gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearing care Academy. This is an ideal stepping‑stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.
Responsibilities- Perform hearing screenings and assist with hearing aid maintenance.
- Support customers, discussing hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways.
- Gain practical experience working alongside experienced audiologists.
- Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance.
- Progress into specialised training such as wax removal (micro suction) and advanced hearing technology recommendations.
- Competitive salary:
Circa £24,380 + Monthly bonus

- Communicate confidently about hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways.
- Progress into specialist training, including wax removal (micro suction) and other essential services.
- Learn about advanced hearing technology and recommend tailored solutions for a variety of hearing needs.
- Progress into clinical audiology roles, working towards formal audiology qualifications.
- Develop into a Hearing Care Specialist, handling more responsibility in hearing assessments and ear care services.
- Gain experience that could lead to a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAA) role, with further training and qualifications available.
