Position: Palliative Care Specialist Nurse Early ID & Support

Marie Curie in Solihull seeks a Clinical Nurse Specialist to drive early identification and coordinated end-of-life care. You will identify patients within six PCNs, review registers, undertake holistic assessments and support care planning, escalation conversations and patient preferences.

The role is permanent with flexible hours, based in Solihull community settings, and involves working with primary care, community and specialist palliative care teams to improve access and quality of life.
