Sales Manager – Solihull KIA

Allen Motor Group is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic and fast‑paced sales department at the KIA dealership in Solihull. The role is full‑time, permanent, with a base salary of up to £40,000 and an on‑target earnings of £60,000 plus over achievement bonus. It reports to the Brand Manager.

• Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department in a franchised dealership
• Strong awareness of financial compliance
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fantastic stakeholder‑management skills
• Analytical approach to problem solving

• Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
• Conduct reviews of new and used‑car operations, including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
• Ensure AMG, legislative and FCA compliance, including auditing deal files as required
• Deliver high customer‑service experience levels across all departments
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed by required deadlines
