Symphony Healthcare Services has 10 permanent GP sessions vacant at Crewkerne Health Centre, part of the Symphony South Primary Care Network. The site operates from Middle Path and serves nearly 13,000 patients in the local community.

• Provide comprehensive medical services to the practice population as an autonomous practitioner.
• Deliver high‑standard clinical care in line with the General Medical Service contract and GMC & RCGP standards.
• Participate in QOF, QI, training and research projects, providing a wide variety of activities.
• Maintain full clinical competence and support career development through annual appraisal.

• Qualified General Practitioner with a completed certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
• Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or equivalent.
• Registered on the General Practitioner Register under Article 10,
  not subject to suspension.
• On the performers list and not suspended from the medical register.

• Flexible roles and working options.

• Freedom to join the in‑house GP locum agency, Symphony Flex, with competitive pay rates.
