Hinkley Point C is one of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in Europe - a truly once-in-a-generation opportunity to be part of building the UK's clean energy future.

We're seeking a Digital Logistics Specialist to play a vital role within the HPC Logistics Team, helping shape and deliver a cutting-edge digital and data management system that underpins the efficient movement of materials, information, and people across this mega project.

This position offers the chance to apply your technical and logistical expertise within one of the most highly regulated and forward-thinking environments in the world - supporting the delivery of a project that will power millions of homes for decades to come.

Principal Accountabilities

As a Digital Logistics Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery, improvement, and integrity of logistics-related data and digital systems used across the HPC project.

You'll work closely with digital delivery teams, logistics operations, and warehouse management functions to identify issues, coordinate system improvements, and ensure that data accuracy and traceability meet the stringent standards required for nuclear industry compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics systems, digital project delivery, or data coordination to step into a high-impact role supporting one of the UK's most advanced engineering programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics data and digital delivery projects at an operational level, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
Proactively identify and close out digital discrepancies, integrating lessons learned into future operations.
Collaborate with logistics, data, and digital teams to improve service delivery and reduce error levels.
Prioritise and manage improvement activities within multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
Build effective working relationships across departments, ensuring alignment between site operations and digital systems.
Anticipate and address delivery issues early, driving a proactive "one team" approach across the project.
Support ongoing development of systems to ensure compliance with Lifetime Quality Record (LTQR)

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex and fast-paced environments. You'll bring strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a logistics data or digital systems environment.
Understanding of operating within controlled or high-security digital frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills - confident working across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.

Desirable:

Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as Logistics, Digital Systems, or Engineering.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Stock Control Systems.
Background in construction, engineering, or logistics within a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical).
Experience managing or supporting digital delivery projects in a large organisation.

Are you ready to be part of a project that's reshaping the energy landscape of the UK? This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the construction of Hinkley Point

C. If you have the skills and experience to lead this challenging endeavour, we want to hear from you.
