Take the lead, as Donor Finance Manager, in ensuring robust financial management, oversight, and compliance for a globally active charity delivering impactful programmes across multiple regions. Lead the financial accounting, management, and reporting for all grants and programmes. Produce management and donor financial reports, providing analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across programmes and the wider organisation. Lead audit preparation and compliance, coordinating internal and external audit processes.

Provide leadership, guidance, and development to a team of donor finance professionals.

What you’ll need:

CCAB-qualified accountant with substantial experience in donor finance and financial reporting.

Experience with international NGOs and familiarity with major donor regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and support finance staff. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. About the organisation:
