A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham is seeking an accomplished Corporate Tax Director to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading its corporate tax offering. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the firm’s Corporate Tax department Provide high-level corporate tax advisory and compliance services Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives Mentor and develop junior and senior members of the tax team Requirements CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) Proven experience operating at a senior level within corporate tax Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness Excellent communication and leadership skills
