As Head Chef you will:

• Have solid experience as a Head Chef within a fresh food restaurant
• Be confident managing a busy kitchen, from ordering and stock control to rota planning and GP management

• Be hands‑on, organised, and a natural team leader who inspires those around them
• Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development and presentation
