We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 7 AM–3 PM nursing team!

What Will You Be Doing?

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes appropriately.
• Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Supporting CNAs and fellow nursing team members.
• Communicating with residents and families with kindness and professionalism.
• Following facility policies, nursing standards, and infection prevention procedures.
• Helping create a positive, supportive environment for residents and coworkers.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Hold an active South Carolina LPN license or applicable multistate license.

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
