MainDuties & Responsibilities Key Tasks
- Personal Care
- Key worker role
- Promoting sleep
- Assisting with meals
- Ensuring safety of residents
- Previous experience of a care home would be an advantage but not essential
- Teamwork
- Flexible
- Work on a shift pattern
- Reliable
- SVQ 2 (or willing to work towards)
