15 hours per week (You will carry out supervisor role 7.5 hours of the week and cleaner role 7.5 hours of the week) on a term time basis.

Work Pattern:
Monday - Thursday 4 - 7pm and Friday 1 - 4pm

£13.33 per hour (cleaner rate) and £13.64 - £13.79 per hour (supervisor rate).

• The successful candidate will carry out the cleaning function on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls etc.
• Monitor standards of cleaning in line with specification/COSHH regulations, reporting any difficult issues to management.
• Set up rooms for lets and be the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.
• Supervision of a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including assisting with training; recruitment & selection; maximising attendance; team brief etc.
• Act as a key-holder as required and ensure the security of the building is maintained.
