Hours:

20 hours per week (term‑time basis)

Work pattern:
Monday–Friday 7:45 am–9:00 am; 2:45 pm–5:30 pm

Hourly rate: £13.64–£13.79

The successful candidate will carry out cleaning duties on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, and walls. You will monitor cleaning standards in line with specification and COSHH regulation, report any issues to management, and be responsible for setting up rooms for lettings. You will also serve as the on‑site responsible person for health and safety reporting.
