We are looking for a passionate Sushi Chef who:

• Is enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to demonstrate initiative.
• Is flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Is always happy to help customers with a smile.
• Can work as part of a team or on your own while maintaining high standards at all times.
• Is excited to produce amazing high‑quality and sustainable food products.
• Is proud of their work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning.
• Has a good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
• Has reliable transportation for commute to work early in the morning.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clean workspace and storerooms as required.
• Be organised and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and a safe environment for customers, clients and ourselves.
• Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6 am some days.
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.
