04:30-16:30 (24 hours per week)

Saturday and Sunday Shifts

Basic rate of £12.60 per hour,
plus 28% enhancement of basic rate for weekend working!!

We are seeking talented individuals to join our production team and be part of our exciting journey.

As a Production Operator at Border Biscuits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining high-quality standards. This hands‑on role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
