Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Deburrers to join the production team of a leading aerospace company in South Molton. The role involves finishing various products to remove rough areas and sharp edges, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish. After training, candidates will progress to early and late rotating shifts.

• Finish products to remove rough areas, sharp edges, and imperfections.

• Ensure all components meet the required quality standards.

• Work accurately and efficiently in a production environment.

• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Core Days:

• Monday-Thursday: 8am-4:45pm.

• Friday: 8am-12pm.

Early / Late Rotating Shifts:
Week 1:

• Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm.

• Friday: 6am-11am.

Week 2:

• Monday-Thursday: 2pm-10pm.

• Friday: 11am-4pm.

• Ability to perform precise manual work.

• Good attention to detail.

• Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
