• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
• Clean all crockery, cutlery and food preparation equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of meals for residents.
• Prepare food and ingredients for service.
• Support the chef with the preparation and delivery of meals.
• Ensure the kitchen area complies with health and safety regulations and the home’s standards.

• Experience in catering/cooking (not essential but desirable).
• Knowledge of food safety.
