Come and join us as a Business & Sales Coordinator at our Pinxton office near Nottingham. Part of wienerberger UK & Ireland, you’ll be joining Building Product Design, a leader in roofing ventilation, construction membranes, building ventilation, and specialised building products.
AboutThe Role
In this role you will be supporting the commercial growth of our “Own Brand” portfolio – an offering where we use our in‑house manufacturing services to produce specific products for other manufacturers. You will add value to these customers through technical know‑how, research capabilities, and in‑house testing expertise, ensuring a high‑quality product that customers are proud to put their name on.
You will work with long‑term customers built on trust and partnership, and support growth by exploring new commercial opportunities with existing and new customers where this service can add value.
As the Coordinator you will manage the day‑to‑day sales operations, including coordinating projects, developing the sales pipeline, securing processing orders, creating quotations and compliance documents, and administering customer accounts in our CRM system.
You will be the liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless communication.
Duties include- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Communicate with clients and update project timelines
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (technical, marketing, production) to ensure smooth execution of projects
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
This is an office‑based position but you will have the opportunity to travel occasionally for customer visits. A pool car can be provided to support any travel.
About YouYou will be a confident and experienced commercial coordinator with a background in a similar B2B environment where you have provided business and sales support. You will have great commercial awareness, be able to spot sales opportunities while maintaining long‑term relationships, and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and determination to resolve issues quickly
- Enjoy working independently
- Flexibility for occasional travel
- Annual salary:
