Overview
Building Surveyor
37 hrs per week, Monday-Friday. £22.73 per Hour. We have a vacancy for a Building Surveyor to work within our Area Surveying team. The Area Surveyors attend our customers' homes to inspect reported defects, agree repairs, arrange equipment and order materials to facilitate the completion of work.
Responsibilities- Attend customers' homes to inspect reported defects.
- Agree repairs with customers and plan next steps.
- Arrange equipment and order materials to facilitate completion of work.
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Asbestos awareness training.
- Working at height training.
- Manual handling training.
- Full UK driving license and vehicle by business use insurance.
- Mileage allowance will be paid.
The working office location is in South Shields. Working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
