Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for two Tele Researcher's to join one of our new local clients within the Call centre sector in South shields for along term temporary position. The right candidate must have great communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls and speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct Phone Interviews/Surveys
• Contact respondents by phone (using lists provided) to gather data.
• Ensure that all questions are answered clearly and thoroughly.
• Gather and synthesize information based on research goals.
• Assist with analysis and report writing as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
• Work closely with other team members to achieve research objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Accurately record and input data
• Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner.

Experience within a contact centre environment however this is not essential.
