Legal Cashier

An established and highly respected law firm in Redhill is seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of Legal Cashiering experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. • Managing client and office accounts in accordance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Processing daily bank reconciliations
• Handling incoming and outgoing payments, transfers, and electronic banking
• Posting invoices, disbursements, receipts, and ensuring accurate ledger management
• Monitoring client balances and ensuring compliance at all times
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Liaising with internal departments, solicitors, and external stakeholders
• Assisting the wider finance team when needed

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Legal Cashiering role
• Strong working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
• Confident working with legal finance systems and MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, organised individual with strong communication skills
