What We Ask For
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about youth development and possesses a strong leadership presence.
  • You should have a proven track record of managing or leading a football academy or youth program at a high level, with a deep understanding of coaching methodologies, talent identification, and player progression.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate and inspire staff, players, and stakeholders.
  • A thorough knowledge of safeguarding policies, legislation, and regulatory standards is crucial to ensure the safety and well‑being of all young players.
  • You must hold relevant coaching qualifications, such as the UEFA Pro Licence or equivalent, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
