Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports

- Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes and procedures

- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

- Stay updated on accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Quick Books, etc.)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- CPA certification is a plus
