Dental Receptionist | East Rand, Gauteng

A busy and well-established dental practice in the East Rand of Gauteng is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented, and confident in managing a dental front office with efficiency and care.

The Ideal Starting Date would be : 5 January 2026 (if possible)

Minimum Requirements :

• Previous experience in a dental practice (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency in GoodX (or similar billing systems)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional front desk environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Duties include (but are not limited to) :

• Managing patient bookings and the appointment schedule
• Handling phone calls, emails, and patient queries
• Billing and accounts using GoodX
• Managing patient files and documentation
• Assisting the dentist and team with general administrative support
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations

Salary : R16 000 – R18 000 gross (depending on experience)

Working hours : 07 : 30 - 17 : 30 (no weekends)
