We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented optometrist eager to be part of a dynamic ophthalmology team.

You’ll work closely with ophthalmologists in a modern, paperless, fully digital environment contributing directly to patient care, surgical outcomes, and innovation in clinical practice.

• Taking detailed patient histories and performing clinical examinations
• Conducting and interpreting advanced diagnostic tests (OCT, fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, Pentacam, biometry)
• Assisting in pre- and post-operative cataract and refractive surgery care
• Analysing refractive outcomes and optimising visual results
• Performing retinoscopy and paediatric refractions
• Participating in on-call assistance and day-to-day clinical support
• Collaborating within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
• Contributing to digital workflows, patient management systems, and continuous process improvement

• A recent graduate or early-career optometrist keen to immerse themselves in the world of ophthalmology
• A team player with curiosity, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Someone tech-savvy and excited by digital innovation and paperless systems
• A person who thrives in a fast-paced, learning‑rich environment and wants to grow alongside an experienced surgical retina and cataract team
