A brilliant Mining Company based in the Northern Cape Province, has a challenging opportunity for a Specialist Continuous Improvement. The perfect candidate will be leading the continuous improvement initiatives which include identifying opportunities, evaluating business processes, translating business requirements into system requirements, developing and implementing solutions, training and coaching employees, monitoring new processes and providing on-going support. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 / Equivalent

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Engineering or Mining

• 2 years Continuous Improvement in Mining or Engineering sector

• 4 years Continuous Improvement Mining or Engineering sector

• 1 year Managerial experience (advantageous)
