Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer for a food manufacturing company. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing and optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance overall plant performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing best practices to achieve product quality and maximize through puts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
  • Strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
