GL and Cashbook Clerk

We are on the lookout for a passionate GL and Cashbook Clerk . The role will be based in Bushbuckridge and report to the Finacial Manager.

• Maintenance of Cashbook
  - Capture bank statement transactions on Syspro
  - Maintain a cashbook & bank account control sheet
  - Do Bank reconciliations on Syspro
  - Process cashbook transactions on Syspro
  - Responsible for full cashbook function
  - Ensure all transactions are posted through and follow up with IT if not
  - Follow up on all banking notices received from the bank where there are discrepancies between the cash and deposit slip.

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  - Grade 12 (with mathematics) minimum
  - Accounting would be an advantage - 2-3 years administration experience or experience in a similar role
