Job Description

This popular, professional and upmarket spa is seeking a skilled, professional, and positive Spa Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality treatments, maintaining excellent client relationships, and contributing to a supportive and uplifting work environment.

Requirements

• 2 or more years’ experience as a qualified Spa Therapist

• Proven experience and confidence in performing the following treatments:

  • Facials

  • Massage therapies

  • Body exfoliations

  • Waxing

  • Tinting

  • Gel and polish manicures & pedicures

• Professional appearance and conduct at all times

• Willingness to work at a lodge when required

• Willingness to attend on-call and off-site treatments

• Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and encouraging in the workplace

• Driven, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within the spa

Benefits

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Saturdays:

  • Full day: 08:00 – 16:00

  • Half day:
    Until 14:00

• 2 full Saturdays worked per month

• 2 additional days off per month
  , over and above annual leave

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience and skill set)

• Commission: 10% on treatments and retail product sales

• Live-out position

• No transport or meals provided
