Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning - Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands - Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently - Must pass a background check and drug screening Benefits:
