Introduction

Stable company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst.

• Play a key role in driving marketing performance through data-led insights, improve data quality and audience understanding.
• Collect, analyse and interpret marketing and event data from multiple sources including CRM (Hub Spot), website analytics, registration systems and digital campaigns to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key KPIs.
• Map & measure audience universes to define market penetration and track database.
• Maintain & improve data quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and data teams to ensure consistent CRM usage.
• Evaluate and report on performance of e‑mail campaigns, digital advertising and partnerships.
• Ensure all data collection complies with POPIA and aligns with company standards.
• Present clear concise insights and recommendations to management linking data performance directly to commercial outcomes and strategic objectives.

• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or data analytics role ideally within B2B events or media.
• Matric relevant degree essential.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Proven proficiency in Hub Spot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power
  
  BI or Tableau with the ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, customer segmentation and how these drive marketing and sales performance.
