Assistant Operator- Perform pre-start up inspection of the machine.
- Continuous monitor and operate the machine.
- Ensure that the machine is always clean.
- Ensure machine is set at correct speed.
- Ensure machine downtimes are recorded.
- Immediately write a job card and report breakdowns to relevant maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all safety devices are in good working condition.
- Perform shut down of the machine at the end of the shift.
- Autonomous maintenance of the machine
- Ensure that quality checks are done.
