Join us as a highly motivated band 5 nurse in a busy 18‑bedded Surgical HDU & Polytrauma unit. The role involves day and night rotations on a 12‑hour shift pattern.

This post offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast‑paced environment caring for Level 2 patients, all surgical specialties and polytrauma cases. Successful candidates will manage infusion devices, invasive lines and acute monitoring, prioritising workload and working effectively as part of a team.

• Provide nursing care for patients in Surgical HDU & Polytrauma unit.
• Set up and monitor infusion devices, invasive lines and other acute patient monitoring equipment.
• Prioritise and manage own workload within a 12‑hour shift pattern, working day and night rotations.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, motivating self and others.
• Engage in valuable training opportunities to advance critical‑care knowledge and skills.

• Band 5 nurse with current UK NMC registration.
• Experience with infusion devices, invasive lines and acute monitoring in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong prioritisation and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication.

• Up to £8,000 relocation allowance for successful candidates.
• Valuable training opportunities to advance critical‑care knowledge and skills.
