Quality Assurance Officer Global Grade 09

Key Outputs

• Compile, implement, manage and train all on the ISO and CC Systems

• Control and report on the Corrective and Preventive Non-conformance System

• Periodically audit the ISO and CC Systems

• Capturing of all incidents and preventative actions taken

• Control calibration schedule

• Compile all relevant Audit and Management review reports

• Prepare for SABS and Caterpillar CC audits

• Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001

• Accountable to minimize number of non-conformances

• Monthly audit of the Quality Management and OHSAS Systems

• Reporting of incidents in the workplace

• Compliance with the Caterpillar Contamination control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)

• Ensure compliance with calibration of measuring and testing equipment

• Responsible for regional certifications (ISO, CC, Caterpillar, etc)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• One year's experience post qualification

• Basic understanding of ISO and Contamination Control system

• Qualified in relevant trade (Heavy / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic)

• Basic understanding of ISO and contamination control systems

• Analysis and reasoning (L1)
