Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
Salary: R15,000 CTC per month

Job Purpose:

To manage and maintain the company’s warehouse and stockroom operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely dispatch/receipts, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials

• Issue stock as per job requirements or requisitions

• Update stock cards and system entries daily (manual or software)

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping in the storeroom

• Handle returns and damaged stock according to procedure

• Assist with monthly and year-end stocktakes

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if licensed)

• Adhere to safety, security, and company SOPs

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar storeman or warehouse role

• Computer literate (basic Excel, stock systems advantageous)

• Physically fit; able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive

• Good communication in English (written and verbal)

• Own reliable transport (advantageous)
