Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Manage drivers, coordinate delivery routes, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and enforce FIFO practices.
- Mentor and develop warehouse staff, fostering a disciplined and consistent operational culture.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Competencies:
- Operational efficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
