Warehouse Operations Associate

Our client is seeking a motivated and capable Warehouse Operations Associate to contribute to their logistics operations in Klerksdorp, North West . • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
• Stock and organize inventory accurately within designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with shipping processes, ensuring correct documentation and labeling.
• Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
