Thompson & Co. Solicitors Ltd is seeking to recruit paralegals and IAAS accredited Senior or Advanced Caseworkers/Lawyers to join the firm.

The firm offers diverse expertise in a wide range of practice areas, including immigration, asylum and human rights law. We hold legal aid contracts in Immigration/Asylum and Public Law categories.

We are looking for candidates with experience, knowledge and commitment to asylum and immigration law.

Essential requirements include:

• Experience in asylum and immigration law
• Knowledge of asylum and immigration law
• Commitment to asylum and immigration law

We offer ongoing continuing professional development to aid career progression, as well as opportunities for development and progression within the firm.

We provide access to EIN and HJT, and other logistic support such as use of laptop or mobile phone may be provided subject to availability and reasonableness.

Salary packages vary depending on experience, qualifications and billing targets:

• Paralegals with no accreditation: £16,800
• Paralegals with trainee caseworker accreditation: £18,000
• Paralegals with level 1 caseworker accreditation: £18,000 to £20,000

We consider offering Training Contract to Accredited Senior Casework candidates.

Successful candidates will be required to attend one or other of our offices in Morden, Tooting or Southall.
