We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivery of new build housing projects across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking a Buyer to join their existing Commercial team and oversee procurement for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee material procurement for residential projects

* Work alongside Surveyors & Estimators to ensure costs are accurate on site.

Requirements:

* 3+ years experience working as a Buyer for a house builder

* Based within an hours commute of the office in Southampton
