An adaptable and dynamic salaried GP is required to join an innovative, forward thinking andhighly regarded practice on the beautiful south coast. We are looking for someone who has excellent

GP skills and is keen to work as part of the team.

Our PCN is fully integrated and functioning to support the practice and our patients, offering:

• Home Visiting Service (covering the majority of home visits)
• Social Prescribers
• Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

We offer an exceptionality friendly working environment and welcome applications from colleagues with all levels of experience.

4-6 sessions per week (withsome flexibility of working days) Sessional rate dependent on experience. Managing a patient list once induction / familiarisation phase has been completed.

Our thriving practice consists of 3partners, 5 salaried GPs and a team of highly skilled nurses, reception andadmin staff. We are a training practice and regularly have GP registrars. There are opportunities to get involved in teaching and training as well as support for development of special interest areas.

• Provide excellent patient care in a primary care setting.
• Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs
• Participate in setting standards for care and auditing clinical outcomes.
• Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
• Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary or generically whenever clinically appropriate.

• Qualified GP
• Full registration with the GMC. Listed on the UK Medical Performers List. Must meet professional health requirements in line with GMC standards/Good Medical Practice.
• Applicants must have current UK professional registration
