In a nutshell…
Our client is a global leader in the maintenance, service & repair to a wide range of engines. With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New Service Co-ordinator to support their operations on a local and European level.
The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator / controller experience scheduling engineers for maintenance, service or repair work.
What's involved for the Service Coordinator…
Assign work to engineers throughout the UK and EU
Liaise with subcontractors
Deal with clients on a daily basis
Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
Work closely with inventory teams to ensure parts are available
Ability to recognise patterns in warranty work
Liaise with travel agents to book engineer flights, hotels and transport
What you'll need…
Service Controller / Coordinator / Scheduler background
Experience scheduling engineer's diaries
Ability to prioritise workloads
Good computer literacy
Attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication across all levels

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5pm (on call 1 week per month)
