• MSc or PhD in Optical, Optics, Lasers, or Photonics or related subject.
• A strong foundation in these areas is essential, as is a keen analytical mind and a problem‑solving attitude.
• Experience in building and manipulating laser set‑ups will be highly advantageous, but full training will be given to the right candidate.
• Having a meticulous approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues would also be very useful.
