Bridge Engineer

Experience required…

• Proven technical ability in the design and assessment of bridges and highway structures.
• Degree qualified in relevant subject, ideally to MSc
• Working towards Chartership with ICE or IStrutE
• Good working knowledge of DMRB and Eurocodes
• Proficiency in use of structural analytical software
• Ability to deliver structural designs from concept to detailed designs stages.
• Experience of working on National Highways and Local Authority schemes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think in an innovative and entrepreneurial way
• Willingness to travel within the region if required
• The legal right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence

• Bridge stock Asset Management experience desirable
• Familiarity working within a BIM project environment desirable.
