Responsibilities
- Setting out for pipework, groundworks and associated civil engineering works
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specification
- Completing QA/QC documentation including ITPS, inspections and records
- Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and trainees on site
- Liaising with the project manager, design team and subcontractors
- Promoting health, safety and environmental standards at all times
- Previous experience as a site engineer on water or civil engineering projects
- Strong setting‑out experience on pipework and groundworks
- Good understanding of QA/QC processes in a regulated environment
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Valid EUSR blue card (essential)
- CSCS card
- Strong communication and organisational skills
