We’re supporting a business through a period of transition and are looking for an experienced Interim CFO to provide immediate financial leadership, banking confidence, and operational stability. This is a highly visible, on-site executive role suited to a hands‑on, player/coach who can bring calm, clarity, and commercial rigour from day one.

• Act as the senior finance lead and trusted advisor to the leadership team
• Own cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships (HSBC exposure preferred)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
• Support bid pricing, cost control, and margin improvement
• Provide financial oversight across operations, sales, and delivery teams
• Ensure accurate reporting and UK statutory compliance
• Lead and support the finance team through a period of change
• Oversee financial systems including Net Suite & Power BI

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience (interim or turnaround preferred)
• Strong banking, cash management, and commercial capability
• Experience in manufacturing, defence, or complex operational environments
• Confident executive presence with excellent stakeholder skills
• Comfortable working fully on-site and visible in the business
• High‑energy, pragmatic, and calm under pressure
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: Southampton (on‑site)
• Day rate: Indicative only – to be confirmed
