A busy and successful principle in the Just Mortgages business is looking to grow our team for 2026. We seek an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor who is either starting in the self‑employed world or currently self‑employed looking for a new home.

• Leads provided from a busy local estate agency chain
• 10–25 appointments a month
• Generous commission splits
• Uncapped earning potential

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable protection products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

• Ce Map qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience as an advisor with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services sales and understanding of compliance regulations.
