- ** Permanent We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Finance Operations Accountant in ensuring the accuracy of the trial balance. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of the ledger by managing automated data feeds and preparing essential manual journal entries.

Key responsibilities include.
* Produce the monthly numbers for the key processes and production of the trial balance through managing automated system feeds and manual journals working with Accounts Payable.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and outputs.
* Assist in implementing any required changes to financial reporting, systems, or procedures smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintaining adherence to the Quilter control framework.
* Support the provision of information for external auditors.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with the other members of the wider finance team to share best practice and standards.#
