Job Description

Inspire Neurocare place the people we support at the heart of our service, and our main aim is to empower recovery and restore lives by providing life changing neurorehabilitation and specialist care for people living with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, strokes, early onset dementia and progressive neurological conditions.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team. The role involves delivering individualised physiotherapy interventions to resident's with a range of neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about Neuro Rehab and enjoys working holistically within a dynamic service.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults with neurological conditions
  • Develop and deliver individualised, evidence‑based rehabilitation programmes
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, residents, and families to support person‑centred rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards
  • Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as required
  • Provide education, advice, and support to residents
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development activities
  • Adhere to HCPC, CSP, and organisational policies and procedure

  • A qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience working within a neuro environment is essential for this role.
  • You’ll have experience managing a team and working with other healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients.
  • Have excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care.
  • Flexible to work shifts.
